Project Conquer Application

Our Mission

Mayberry Memorial is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit (EIN: 38-3941030) and was founded in 2011 in memory of Steve Mayberry, who lost his battle with colon cancer in 2010 at the age of 50. Steve never knew he had Lynch syndrome, but if he had, he could have taken preventable measures with his health to still be with us today. His memory inspires us to raise awareness for Lynch syndrome and identify other Lynch syndrome Previvors before they fall victim to the same fate as Steve.
